Our services

We provide the work described in your chosen plan or report. We do not guarantee any specific search ranking, position, or business result — search engines and AI platforms are controlled by third parties and change constantly. We commit to performing the work professionally and reporting progress honestly.

Plans & billing

Plans are month to month unless otherwise agreed. Fees are billed for each service period. You may cancel future billing at any time; cancellation stops future charges and does not refund the current period’s work already performed.

Your responsibilities

You agree to give us the access and information we need (such as your Google Business Profile and website) and that you have the right to grant that access. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide.

Exclusivity

We do not take on two directly competing studios in the same local service area at the same time. Details are described on our Who We Work With page.

Possible additional costs

Our fees cover our work. In rare cases, delivering a service may require a low-cost third-party tool, app, or subscription — for example a listings or scheduling app, or a domain and hosting plan for a website build. Any such cost is billed by that third party, not us, and we will always tell you before it is needed. Most clients never need any extras.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
