Monthly plans

Plans are month to month with no long-term contract. You can cancel future billing at any time and it takes effect at the end of your current paid period. Because the work for a period is performed during that period, payments for periods already worked are non-refundable.

The AI Visibility Report

The report is a one-time, custom deliverable produced specifically for your studio. Once we have started or delivered your report, the fee is non-refundable. If you haven’t received a report you paid for and we’re unable to complete it, we’ll refund that purchase in full.

How to cancel

Just contact us and we’ll confirm your cancellation and stop future billing. No forms, no runaround.

Possible third-party costs

Our fees are for our services. Occasionally a project needs a low-cost third-party tool, app, or subscription (for example a domain and hosting plan for a website build). Those are billed by the provider, not us, and are non-refundable through us. We always flag them before they’re needed — most clients never need any.
