We always tell you before anything extra is needed, and most clients never need any.
Common questions
Which platform do you build on?
Shopify. It handles secure checkout, payments, taxes, and inventory for you, and it’s reliable and easy to run day to day. You get a full admin login to manage products and orders yourself.
Are there extra costs beyond your fee?
A store needs a Shopify subscription and, if you don’t have one, a domain. Those are paid directly to the providers, not to us. Payment processing fees are set by your payment provider. We’ll walk you through every cost before you commit to anything.
Can I sell gift cards?
Yes — digital gift cards are built in and are one of the highest-return things a spa can sell online. We set them up so clients can buy and send them in a couple of clicks.
Can I add a store to my existing marketing site?
Usually, yes. If you already have a marketing site, we can add store functionality or rebuild it on Shopify so everything lives in one place. We’ll recommend the cleanest path for your situation.
